CPYSC Intramural Program
U8 - U10
 
Open Registration will held on
Wednesday April 23
6:30 - 8:00 pm
Palmyra Municipal Building
 
Fall 2008 season will begin in September
 Players
In order to register Players will need to:
  • Complete two registration forms:

  • Submit a COPY of their birth certificate.
  • Submit payment of $55.00 ($40.00 for additioanl family members).
    •

    Players can turn in, or complete all paperwork at registration.  In the event you are unable to attend registration completed paperwork can be mailed to:

    Coaches

    All coaches interested in coaching a team for CPYSC must contact the CPYSC Director of Coaching, Marc Bowman

     
    Accepted coaches need to complete a risk management form.

    CPYSC cannot guarantee that players will necessarily play on a specific team.  The club will try to accommodate as many requests as possible to play on a certain team, and in most cases it will probably work out.
