Open Registration will be:

Registration for fall can also be completed by following these instructions:

Checks can be made payable to: CPYSC

  • $50.00 per player.

  • $35.00 for for each additional family member.

 

All coaches must complete a Risk Management Form.

Follow the instructions provided.  New coaches will choose "new participant". 

Returning coaches will be "returning participant".

 Following the instructions from that point.
